Kylian Mbappe scored his first Champions League knockout goals in two years on Tuesday in the first leg round of sixteen match against Barcelona. The 22-year-old French man sent Barcelona fans crying with a hat-trick that gave Paris Saint-Germain FC a 4-1 win over FC Barcelona.

After a bout of disappointing games from PSG, Pochettino was finally granted a saving grace after 6 weeks of coaching the club.

Chelsea have pulled the plug on manager Frank Lampard after 18 months in charge and a spell of poor Premier League form. Former PSG and Borussia Dortmund coach Thomas Tuchel is expected to replace him. Frank Lampard is the second English Premier League (EPL) manager to get the boot in the 2020/21 season.

French champions Paris St. Germain will take on German powerhouse Bayern Munich in a dream final in the Champions League at the Estadio da Luz, in Lisbon Portugal, on Sunday. PSG will be playing in their first final while Bayern will be contesting their 11th final.

Angel Di Maria turned in an inspired performance to lead Paris St. Germain to their first UEFA Champions League final when they easily disposed of RB Leipzig 3-0 in the semifinal on Tuesday.

Di Maria assisted two and scored one as the League 1 Champions sauntered passed their German opponents, who were in their first ever semifinal.
