The Premier League returned with a slow start rather than a big bang at Old Trafford on Friday as Jose Mourinho’s men carved out a 2-1 win over Leicester City. World Cup winner Paul Pogba’s 3rd minute goal and Luke Shaw’s 83rd minute strike was enough to hand Mourinho 3 points to start his 3rd campaign as Manchester United manager.

After weeks of speculation about his future, France rising star Paul Pogba has signed a new deal with Italian champions Juventus. The 21 year who joined Juventus from Manchester United in the summer of 2012, had been attracting interest from Chelsea, PSG and Real Madrid but has opted to remain in Turin until 2019. In doing so, the central midfielder has ended any speculation surrounding his immediate future.
