Waterhouse hosts Sunshine Girls at Red Stripe Football Mondays

Waterhouse Football Club has invited the Sunshine Girls to be special guests at their highlight match on Monday night at their stadium off Washington Boulevard. Netball Jamaica said that it is delighted to take up the offer and that the entire training sqauad will be be in attendance at the match. The match will be carried live.

According to David Henry of Waterhouse Football Club “We have seen your Brand Marketing and PR program and would like to offer you this sporting platform to reach-out to the public and corporate Jamaica on your journey to $60M and the 2015 Championship.”

The team manager Hyacinth Beckford said that when the netballers were informed at training about the invitation they were all excited and were appreciative of the offer of help from another sport.

The club plans to collect funds from the spectators who wish to support the Sunshine Girls in their quest for adequate funding towards Gold Rush Down Under – the 2015 World Netball Championship in New Zealand.

The Sunshine Girls are preparing to face England in a 3-test series on January 10, 11 and 13 at the National Indoor Sports Centre in Kingston.
