 Social issues were emphasized, substance abuse, including food, as a lot of people tend to over eat. Everything in excess was highlighted as an issue that requires addressing as that tends to slow you down. Another area of focus was the very serious social issue of HIV.

Gender equality was another area of focus because ladies tend to be isolated and left out of so many things. So the issue of ‘One Voice’ speaks to that, where ladies are given the chance to express themselves without being bullied and are free to speak on any issue without fear of being reprimanded.

A course like this should have had more participants. 

There was also an emphasis placed on positive reinforcement. They suggested that for every one negative criticism there should be nine positive statements to amplify the positivity in situations.
