The semi-finals of the Sagicor UWI Guild Champions League will be played tonight with three halls of residence being represented by the four teams.

The Roosters (Block C) and Atticans (Block D) will represent Taylor Hall, while Che (Block C) will represent Chancellor Hall and the fourth team Titans represents Preston Hall in what has been a very exciting competition to date.

The first game at 5:00pm sees the Titans going up against the Roosters both of whom have never been this far in the competition. Both teams are one game away from the finals so fans can expect both sets of players to leave it all on the field today.

The night skies are expected to “light up” when defending champions Attica and Che meet in the feature game starting at 7pm and both teams have the largest number of supporters who are very vociferous.

The first two rounds have had 2 games decided on penalty kicks, so close has the competition been this year, which must be pleasing to the sponsors.

All the match days have been well supported by the fans who are expected to be out in their numbers tonight.
