Jamaican ranked No.46 on a list of the world’s best Under-20 stars.

Leon Bailey who plies his trade in the Belgian Pro League is ranked 46th in the world‘s best under- 20 stars. Bailey who is an 18 year old, made his debut for Koninklijke Racing Club Genk as a substitute in August last year and has been living up to expectations.

Bailey was linked with a move to Chelsea in November of last year but that did not take place, but he has been a very good player for Genk playing as winger and has so far scores two goals in 17 appearances for the Belgian club team.

Bailey made his Jamaica Under-23 debut on March 8, 2015 versus the Cayman Islands Under-23 side, where he scored directly from a free kick in a game that Jamaica went on to win 4-0.

Bailey is a very talented individual who should be a very good asset for the Jamaican football team in the future and could also be a good asset in our current squad.
