Reno was brought crashing back to earth after their FLOW Champions Cup win on Sunday when they were they were clipped 1-0 by Sporting Central at Juici Park in Clarendon. They will be hoping that a return to the Frome Complex will see them return to winning ways when they entertain bottom club Barbican at 3:00pm.

Craig Foster has been enjoying a purple patch in front of goal which saw him called up to the national squad recently. He leads the league with 10 goals which and was named CHEC Player of the Month for October.

The wily striker will be looking to hit the back of the net today as his team tried to keep pace with those ahead of them. Sixth position at the end of the first round isn’t a bad return for the newly promoted who have certainly made an impact after being out of the top flight for an extended period.

Barbican has not been playing badly, but they have been unable to convert good performances into points. They prop up the league, a position they have been in for quite a while, which must be a worrying sign for a club playing in the top flight for the first time in their history.

Interestingly enough, an away win today could see the Junior Francis coached team leapfrog the two teams just above them, should other results go in their favour. Seven points from ten games has proven to be woefully inadequate but anything other than a loss on the road will be viewed as a good result.
