Group 5 of CFU Womens Caribbean Cup ready to start

Wednesday, June 18, 2014 is the day Group 5 of the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) 2014 Women’s Cup, kicks off at the Estadio Panamericano in the Dominican Republic, when hosts Dominican Republic faces St Lucia starting at 4 p.m.

With the late withdrawal of the Anguilla national team, these three teams will compete in an exciting three way battle in this group namely; host Dominican Republic, Jamaica and St Lucia.

On Friday, June 20 St Lucia meets Jamaica and on Sunday, June 22, the Dominican Republic face-off against Jamaica.

The winner of Groups 1, 2, 3 and 4 namely Antigua & Barbuda, Bermuda, Martinique and Haiti awaits the winner of this group to meet at the final set for August 19-26 in Trinidad and Tobago.
