Unity is being cited by Dontre Williams of Kingston College(KC) as the key to his school winning ‘Champs’ this year. All the pundits have installed defending champions Calabar High as odds on favourites to retain their title but Williams believes that his school can upset the odds and pull off a famous win come Saturday March 29th.

Williams told Yardie Sports, “My expectation is to go out there, make the finals, medal, contribute to the  points and I think Kingston College has a great chance of winning this year. We are coming stronger and better and that’s all we need, unity and we’ll get it.”

Williams forms part of a stellar class 2 team for KC which includes the likes of Akeem Blomfield and Nathaniel Bann. They are expected to score heavily for the ‘Purples’ at Champs and their exploits will go a far way in determining whether or not the North Street based institution can definitely challenge for the title this year.
