Khesanio Hall is currently a 6th Form student at St. Elizabeth Technical High School (STETHS) where he is sitting four CAPE Units after obtaining six CSEC subjects at the fifth form level.

He has represented his school in ISSA Football at every level since 2007, winning the Under 16 title, three Ben Francis trophies and the Dacosta Cup on one occasion. For the last two seasons, he has been his team’s leading goal scorer and this year scored more goals than any other player in the ISSA/LIME Schoolboy competition.

Included in his achievement this year was a record of seven hat-tricks including hat-tricks in three consecutive games for Thirty-Five goals during the season.

Speaking with Yardie Sports after being voted MVP and Golden Boot winner at the awards ceremony at the Terra Nova Hotel in St. Andrew, Hall said, “It is a great feeling to be recognized like this. Knowing that this is my last year, to have won both the DaCosta Cup and Ben Francis Cup and then being given these awards makes it all the more special.”

With his high school career now coming to an end Hall is looking to continue playing overseas. He explained, “I have had discussions with a couple of schools (Universities abroad) but I have not made a final decision yet.”

Khesanio outstanding season included him making his National senior team debut for Jamaica against Trinidad and Tobago and he has hopes of being included again in the near future.

“Being called to the national squad has been the highlight of my football career so far. I never expected it so soon, but it has been quite an achievement for me and now that I have had a taste for it, I can wait to be back in the set up again. It’s what every footballer dreams about.”
