For the purpose it is intended, this is a good course. The is a lot of social awareness involved, especially with regards to HIV, alcohol abuse and the choices that people make regarding their lifestyle. It is designed to help to solve community problems and it is all done through football.

For the purpose it is intended, this is a good course. The is a lot of social awareness involved, especially with regards to HIV, alcohol abuse and the choices that people make regarding their lifestyle. It is designed to help to solve community problems and it is all done through football.

They provide us with tools to use throughout the community and there is a large focus on females, the use of condoms and the choices available to them and to others. There is also an emphasis on involving women is sports, more that currently exists.

Physically it is also demanding as we do all the football drills ourselves, but it helps us to remember them so that we can use it to teach other in the community. Honestly, it is a very good course and something totally different than what we are used to.
