Clarendon lose six points, still top Group H

Clarendon College were docked six points by ISSA four using a player that was improperly registered in the ISSA/LIME DaCosta Cup.

Clarendon College were docked six points by ISSA four using a player that was improperly registered in the ISSA/LIME DaCosta Cup.

 

The player, who was not named by ISSA, played against Edwin Allen High (Sept. 18) and Lennon High (Sept. 21st) respectively.

 

The result of the ruling means that both affected schools were awarded a 3-0 winning margin and three points. 

 

Clarendon College still tops the zone with 15 points, followed by Lennon and Edwin Allen both on 14 points.

 

 Lennon finish in second place by having a better goal difference than Edwin Allen. Lennon finish with a goal difference of +6, while Edwin Allen has +5.

 

The DaCosta Cup takes a break until October 30 for the playing of the Ben Francis Knock Out competition which begins one Wednesday October 16th.
