This World Cup has been a good one so far, with some very entertaining matches being played. It has not been so easy to predict and fans all around the world have been enjoying the close contests.

Bangalesh created history when they knocked England out of the tournament going against the odds to move on to the knockout stage for the first time in World Cup history.

England entered the game knowing they had to win to keep their hopes of advancing to the knockout stage alive.

However, that was not to be on a day when Mahmudullah became the first Bangladeshi batsman to score a century in the history of World Cups.

With the win Blangladesh join New Zealand, Australia, and Sri Lanka in the knockout stage from Pool A.

Pool B has been producing some very exciting matches and some upsets from the start of the tournament. This had lead to only India being curtain to go to the Knock out stage with five (5) matches played.

Not even the well balanced team of South Africa who would have been expected to advance to the knockout stage easily. Its all down the the final match for West Indies, South Africa, Pakistan and Ireland battling for the next three knock out spaces left.

More interestingly it is going to be a matter of net run rate to decide the teams that advance to the knockout stage when these final matches are played.

A win for South Africa against United Arab Emirates means they are qualify for the knockout stage with eight (8) points. Pakistan and Ireland have it all to play for, should anyone its send them in the knockout stage as well.

The loser will await the game between West indies and United Arab Emirates. West Indies need a win by a huge margin to take them into the Knockout stage.
