Olympic and World Championship quarter miler Javon Francis clocked 20.66 seconds to win his season opening 200 meter race at the PVAMU Back To The Track Series on Thursday

The 25-year-old American beat out runner-up Elijah Hall, who finished in 20.77 seconds in section two, while Kahmari Montgomery who won section one in 20.86 seconds completed the podium spots.
