2014 champs performance- Class 2 : 800 m gold, 4th Place in 1500m and a member of STETHS 4×400 metre relay squad which placed fifth in the event.
2015 Season Build up –JC invitational St Elizabeth Technical High School’s Junelle Broomfield won with 2:17.75, beating Vere Technical’s Britnie Dixon (2:20.95) and Kara Grant of Spaulding, third in 2:22.29.
At the STETHS Invitational 2015, Bromfield made her debut in 400m hurdling, for which she took the top spot in a creditable in 1:02.37, finishing ahead of some seasoned campaigners in Britney Duncan and Shian Salmon of Hydel. She is yet to face the experienced and event favourite Andrette Knight of St Jago.
At the Western Championship 2015, Bromfield pocketed three gold and a silver medal. She copped the 800m in record time of 2:11.18 seconds. She also broke the Class Two 400m record, of 55.39 set back in 2012 by set by Petersfield’s Asaine Hall in 2012, running 53.66 seconds. She was also victorious in the 1500m and finished as runner up in the 400m hurdles open events
