The Reggae Marathon/Burger King Grand Prix Championship kicks off with the Burger King Montego Bay 7K.
The aim of the Grand Prix Championship is to develop and promote long distance running in Jamaica and prepare athletes to compete in the annual Reggae Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K events, scheduled to be held in Negril on the first Saturday of December each year.
The Grand Prix attracts the best road racers in Jamaica who vie for series points and big prize money. The race starts and finishes at the Burger King on Gloucester Avenue and there is no entry fee, courtesy of our sponsor.
