On a day when they celebrated their 75th Anniversary, Boys Town also celebrated their first back to back wins for the Red Stripe Premier League season, when they clipped hosts Waterhouse FC 1-0 at the Drewsland Stadium on Sunday.

A hat-trick from Jermaine “Tuffy” Anderson and a brace from Romario “Rom Rom” Campbell helped Waterhouse ease past a hapless Boys Town 5-1 on Sunday at the Waterhouse Mini-Stadium in the penultimate set of games in the regular season of the Red Stripe Premier League.

Waterhouse football club apologized for their non-participation in the first round of the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Competition that was played between April 15-19 in Trinidad. The Club which reached the semi-final stages last year were looking to make another big run in the competition this year.

While many people were speculating about the future of Winfired Schafer as head coach of the Reggae Boyz, Hughan Gray certainly wasn’t one of them. In fact the Jamaican international is probably happier than most that the German is at the helm of Jamaica’s football.

Constantly overlooked by previous head coaches, the 27 year old received his first senior call up earlier this year when he was chosen as part of the national squad to play against Barbados.
