Portmore United emerged from the lottery of a penalty shoot-out to end six years without a trophy and beat Waterhouse FC in the Red Stripe Premier League final at the National Stadium on Monday night.

Former champions Excelsior High school defeated Tarrant High 4-0 at home to get off to a winning start in the ISSA/Flow Manning Cup competition on Monday.
