Cavalier SC Assistant coach David Lalor insists that his youung team can get the job done at Harbour View on Monday Night despite missing captain Chevone Marsh and the skilful Alex Marshall who are away on internationl duty with the Reggae Boyz.

 

 

 

Ten days after playing out a 0-0 draw at the Barbican football field Boys Town FC and Montego Bay United will face each again at the same venue. Boys Town won the first meeting of the season between these two teams in the first round and have taken four points off the former champions so far this season.

Reid scored the equalizer in the 1-1 first leg draw before hitting a brace on Monday night in the 2-1 win as the Junglists advanced 3-2 on aggregate to the semifinals.

Humble Lion FC whipped Tivoli Gardens 4-0 at the Effortville Community Centre on Sunday to finish top of the pile of the Red Stripe Premier League after leaders at the beginning of the day, UWI FC fell 2-0 to Portmore United at the Spanish Town Prison Oval.

A point behind the UWI at the start of the day, Humble Lion needed a win over Tivoli plus help from Portmore to surpass the Mona based team and claim the $1million dollar bounty.

Montego Bay United staged one of the most dramatic comebacks that the Anthony Spaulding Sports Complex has ever seen, to overcome Arnett Gardens in a classic semi-finals drawing 2-2 on Sunday night, but winning 4-3 on aggregate, to book a spot at in the Red Stripe Premier League finals.
