After the dust had settled on the quarterfinal matches of the FA Cup, the final four for the semifinals were decided leaving two mouth-watering clashes for fans to enjoy as Chelsea will face Manchester City and Leicester will go up against Southampton at Wimbledon.

Manchester City outclassed Manchester United to win 2-0 in the Carabao Cup at Old Trafford to make their fourth final in a row on Wednesday. Second half goals from John Stone and Fernandinho ensured the win for City on their neighbours patch.

Manchester City mounted a staggering siege on Stamford Bridge with an emphatic 3-1 victory over Chelsea on Sunday. A contest many imagined would be exciting from one end to the other turned out to be rather a one-sided game in the end.

Bayern Munich secured a favourable draw as they look to defend the UEFA Champions League title they secured only a few weeks ago. In what is the fastest turnaround in the history of the competition, the German champions will face Atletico Madrid, Salzburg and Lokomotiv Moscow in Group A in the first round of the 2020-21 season.

In Group B, Real Madrid, who have won the competition the most of any club, will face a powerful Inter Milan team along with Shakhtar Donetsk and Borussia Monchengladbach.

Dethroned English Premier League champions, Manchester City, will do battle with the newly crowned La Liga champions, Real Madrid in what is expected to be a blockbuster at the Etihad.
