Jamaica College and Wolmers Boys’ will face off in the finals of the ISSA/FLOW Manning Cup competition on Saturday November 26th after both teams registered comfortable semi-final wins over Holy Trinity and Kingston College respectively last Saturday.

Vauxhall held Wolmer’s 1-1 in their Manning Cup second round match that was called off in the 83rd minute due to rain at the Constant Spring field on Monday. Based of the rules of the competition the seven minutes plus time to be added on will be played on another day.

When the Holy Trinity players took to the field on Monday for their first game of the second round of the ISSA/FLOW Manning Cup, they did so with a heavy heart and with pink ribbons worn on their sleeves in solidarity with their teammate Jordan Foote.
Foote was diagnosed with cancer in his foot after seeing the doctor for an injury he got while on camp with the Holy Trinity manning cup team two months ago.

Goals from Fabrizzio Burton and Lloyd Reynolds earned a point for Holy Trinity High school against a red hot Charlie Smith High in the loan game played in the ISSA/FLOW Manning Cup on Wednesday. Captain Shaquille Notice's wonder strike and an own goal from Sean-Dean Daley got the goals for Jerome Waite's men, in a game that produced one of the most dramatics ends of the season and ended the last 100% win streak of the Manning Cup.

Excelsior High failed to advance to the semi-final of the Inter-secondary Schools Sports Association (ISSA)/LIME Manning Cup competition despite thumping Holy Trinity High 12-0 in their Group J encounter at the Anthony Spaulding Sports Complex on Wednesday.

Underdogs Holy Trinity surprised huge favourtes, Wolmer’s 1-0 in the first semi-final of the LIME Super Cup on Saturday at the National Stadium, to advance to the inaugural final at Sabina Park on Saturday November 8th.
Holy Trinity looked alert from the opening whistle in a match that had a great tempo to it.

The inaugural LIME Super Cup Competition will feature another double header at the National Stadium this Saturday. The competition has been well received by fans so far. The Super Cup started out with 16 teams, eight teams from the rural area and eight teams from the urban area and has now boiled down to four teams.
