SHELLY-ANN FRASER-PRYCE SIX-A SIDE FOOTBALL COMPETITION REACHES SEMIFINAL STAGES

The semi-final games in the second annual Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce Six-a-side Football Competition, in her native Waterhouse community, is scheduled for Saturday November 22, 2014.

At 3:00 pm, Darkside plays Choppaz, to be followed by Miles United versus Young Strikers at 4 pm. Mark Walters of Ourside FC, who was eliminated in the quarter-final, is the league’s leading goal-scorer with three(3) goals. The final and third place games are tentatively scheduled for Sunday November 30, 2014.

There will be prizes for the top four (4) teams, most valuable player, leading goal scorer and most disciplined team, offered by title sponsors, Digicel and associate sponsors Grace, Wata and Tankweld Metals.
