One of the races to look out for is the women’s 100m where Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce who has been displaying tremendous form this year is expected to go up against Nigerian star Blessing Okagbare  and USA’s Allyson Felix. Felix is not a direct threat right now to Fraser-Pryce’s Championship title as she would have to work her way up to pass Kerron Stewart and Veronica Campbell-Brown on the chart.

Okagbare  on the other hand has been trekking closely behind Fraser-Pryce and should prove to be a force to reckon with today. Nevertheless, this race is expected to be another victory for team Jamaica barring any unforeseen mishaps.
