Grassroots football in St. Ann

The Jamaica Football Federation continues its programme of development of the sport at the grassroots(age 6-12) level with the staging of another grassroots activity on Saturday, September 21 at the Drax Hall Football field in St. Ann.

The Jamaica Football Federation continues its programme of development of the sport at the grassroots(age 6-12) level with the staging of another grassroots activity on Saturday, September 21 at the Drax Hall Football field in St. Ann.

Over one hundred kids will be involved in fun drills and small sided games focusing on ball mastery skills; shooting; dribbling; goalkeeping; passing and receiving and will be given certain drills to continue practising.

The St. Ann FA will be presented with equipment to continue the programme.

The day will begin with a Coach’s Educators session as the Federation continues its programme of teaching the educators the best means of developing the sport at a young age.
